INSTALLATION SERVICE
Before installation, we will provide the infrastructure diagram of the equipment's installation.
According to the installation instruction, user is required to make preparations for machine's working area. User needs to prepare the power, gas, regulator, and distilled water needed for the machine to work.
The real conditions must be confirmed to fulfill requirements of installation according our engineer's suggestions, then engineers from REMCOR laser machine factory will arrive user's location to debug for about 5 working days and train the certificated operator for another 2 days.
TRAINING SERVICE
As a kind of technology-intensive product which contains light, machinery, electric, gas and refrigeration, it is required that operator should be with basic machine skills.
To make sure your operator can master the operative skills, the training skills should be proceed when we install and adjust the machine for you at your end customer side, including programming, machine- maintaining and related cutting performance skill.
It will take 3 to 7 days to make your operator to operate and program skillfully.
TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICE
Contact us at any time if your have questions for machine.
Our engineers will be ready for respond your question within 2 hours and when in needs, we will send engineers to help with solving your problems.
The warranty period is 24 months after the installation and debugging of the machine.
REMCOR LASER will update customer's profile in the Sales CRM system after delivering the machine to the users, and regularly track the user's using status. Our online service team works for 15 hours every day (8:30~23:30, Monday to Sunday), they will answer and help to solve customers' questions.
