    It is mainly composed of fiber laser nozzle, fiber laser focusing lens, focusing and tracking system, and fiber laser cutting head drive device, each part cooperating closely to ensure cutting precision and efficiency.


    (1) Fiber Laser Nozzle


    The fiber laser nozzle is a key part that guides the laser beam and auxiliary gas, directly affecting the cutting quality and speed.

    There are three main types of nozzles for fiber laser cutting machines: parallel, convergent, and conical, each suitable for different cutting scenarios and material thicknesses.


    The nozzle works with auxiliary gases (such as nitrogen for stainless steel cutting to achieve oxide-free edges, or oxygen for carbon steel cutting to accelerate cutting speed) to blow away the molten metal during cutting, ensuring smooth and clean cutting edges, which is an important guarantee for achieving low-burr, high-quality cutting results.

    Medium and long-focus lenses are suitable for thick metal plate cutting, with a larger depth of focus and lower requirements on the stability of the tracking system; short-focus lenses are only suitable for cutting thin metal sheets below D3, which have strict requirements on the stability of the tracking system but can greatly reduce the demand for laser output power.

    (3) Fiber Laser Focusing and Tracking System

It is generally composed of a focusing cutting head (including light guide focusing, water cooling, air blowing, and mechanical adjustment parts) and a tracking sensor system. The sensor is composed of a sensing element and an amplification control part, and there are two main types of tracking systems according to the different sensing elements:


    ① Capacitive sensor tracking system: Also known as non-contact tracking system, it realizes real-time tracking of the workpiece surface through capacitive sensing, avoiding contact damage to the workpiece and the cutting head, and is suitable for high-precision cutting of various metal sheets.


    ② Inductive sensor tracking system: Also known as contact tracking system, it tracks the workpiece surface through contact sensing, with high tracking stability, and is widely used in thick plate cutting and harsh working environments.


    (4) Fiber Laser Cutting Head Drive Device


    The fiber laser cutting head drive device is used to drive the cutting head to move along the Z-axis direction according to the CNC program, ensuring that the focal point is always at the optimal cutting position.


    It is composed of fiber laser servo motor drive, screw rod, or gear and other transmission parts, with high transmission precision and fast response speed, which can effectively cooperate with the CNC fiber laser cutting programming system to realize automatic and precise cutting of complex patterns and shapes.
